(including the persons in charge at its business connections), employees, applicants, and other individuals, has
established a Privacy Policy as follows to properly handle and protect personal information.
1.Definitions of Terms in This Privacy Policy
The terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings as defined in the Act on the Protection of
Personal Information.
2.Purposes of Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
The Company will acquire and use personal information by legitimate and fair means within the scope as
required
for the achievement of the following purposes of use. If the need arises to use personal information for any
purpose other than the following, we will obtain prior consent from the individual in question:
- (1) To verify users’ identities at their use of the Company products or services and
manage customer accounts;
- (2) To provide the Company products and services including after-sales services;
- (3) To develop the Company products and services and improve the quality thereof;
- (4) To respond to customer inquiries and provide information on the Company’s products
and services;
- (5) To provide the Company products and services and conduct sales, advertising, and
other marketing activities to meet interest based on analyses of information such as customers’ attributes,
access histories, and purchase histories acquired through the Company website, etc.;
- (6) To provide information on and operate campaigns and events held by the Company;
- (7) To make business contact with, pay remuneration (wage, bonus, allowances, etc.) and
provide welfare services to, and perform personnel, evaluation, labor, safety, and health management of
employees; and
- (8) To make contact with and provide information to job and internship applicants, and
conduct other recruiting activities.
The Company will also acquire and use personal information for business related to the above matters at its

3.Joint Use of Personal Information
The Company will jointly use customers’ personal information as follows:

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the
individual in question, except if the information is provided to a person within the scope of the joint users
listed in 3 above or to a service contractor to the extent necessary for the achievement of the purposes of
use listed in 2 above, or if the information is provided in association with business succession through a
merger, company split, business transfer, or a similar event, or based on laws and regulations including cases
where protection of a person’s life, body, or property or cooperation with the police, court, or other public
authority is required.
(Provision to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries)
The Company may provide personal data to third parties located in the following foreign countries. Current
information by country to be referred to in such case is as shown below.
The Company may entrust (provide) personal data to distributors located in foreign countries other than the
following in order to respond to inquiries from or provide the Company products and services including
after-sales services to customers living outside Japan through distributors in the countries where the
customers are located, though the countries or distributors cannot be specified at present:

5. Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information
The Company will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to requests for
notification of the purposes of use of personal information or for the disclosure of retained personal data or
a record of provision to a third party from the individuals in question received through its prescribed
procedure, except as it may significantly hinder the operations of the Company or harm the life, body,
property, or any other right of an individual.
The Company will also respond without delay in accordance
with applicable laws and regulations to requests for correction, deletion, erasure, or suspension of the use
or provision to a third party of or an addition to retained personal data from the individuals in question
received through its prescribed procedure.

6. Security Control Measures
The Company takes the necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leaks, losses, or destruction of the personal information it handles.
- (1) Establishment of basic policy
To ensure the proper handling of personal information, the Company has established this Privacy Policy regarding compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as the contact for inquiries and complaint handling.
- (2) Establishment of rules regarding handling of personal data
To prevent leaks, etc. and otherwise control the security of the personal data it handles, the Company establishes confidential information handling regulations and other rules regarding the basic handling of personal data including acquisition, use, and storage.

The Company works to educate and enlighten all its officers and employees so that they understand the importance of protecting personal information and appropriately handle customers’ personal information.

To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Company endeavors to prevent losses, destruction, falsification, leaks, etc. of personal information by taking measures such as controlling access to personal information and restricting means of taking out personal information in accordance with its rules related to information security.

To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Company endeavors to prevent losses, destruction, falsification, leaks, etc. of personal information by taking measures such as preventing unauthorized access from outside in accordance with its rules related to information security.
