For reliable sealing / water-proofing / insulation, the material needs to be dispensed uninterrupted and at constant rate. HEISHIN ROBO DISPENSER capable of non-pulsating discharge at constant rate delivers consistent high precision dispensing. What's more, discharging no more amounts than is necessary prevents the material from being wasted.

Applying and filling while mixing 2-component adhesive.

Two HEISHIN ROBO DISPENSERs in combination with a static mixer, allow applying and filling operation to be performed while mixing. Separately controllable discharging rates for base compound and hardener enables accurate mixing and makes it easy to set or change the mixing ratio.

High-speed dispensing on large works : board and timber of housing.

Continuous discharge at constant rate provides consistent dispensing on large works. Operation in conjunction with a conveyer, etc. provides high-speed dispensing according to its line speed. No dripping and residual fluids can keep the work and working place clean and eliminate unnecessary chores such as cleaning up.

Applying automatically where difficult to perform dispensing operation.

To increase operating efficiency, we recommend various types of nozzles such as a flat nozzle for band applying, branched nozzle for multiple discharges, and bent needle for lateral dispensing. The special nozzles enable automatic dispensing where it would have been unavailable.
